Add markdown for blog #420

Hi. This PR contains the contents of a blog post added to _posts/blog/. I'm unsure how to proceed with integrating this properly with the rest of the site. Open to pointers or if somebody wants to take it from here.

thanks @cc-a! Not sure either. The easiest would be to just list it under the News section on the landing page. What do you think? Having one single blog post does not really justify a separate handling, does it?

I changed the layout of the blog post a bit (and added OrcIDs for Malin Sandström and Alexander Struck). See here @cc-a: https://1734-267395254-gh.circle-artifacts.com/0/SORSE/blog/research-software-directories/index.html

I did this now (see https://1735-267395254-gh.circle-artifacts.com/0/SORSE/index.html#news) and from my perspective, this PR is ready to be merged. But please state if you are ok with listing the blog post under the News section @cc-a.
