Fix player setting drawer in `pillarbox-demo-tv` #702

In pillarbox-demo-tv, it is no longer possible to access the Speed, Subtitles, Audio tracks, Video tracks, and Stats for nerds settings. When selecting one of these options, the next screen shows up for a second, then goes back.

Acceptance criteria

Navigating to these options is possible.
Changing the value of these options is possible.
