I suggest that we stick to the beta version (or the next RC/stable when available), instead of jumping to an alpha version. There's a ticket on Google side to align the version of Compose Material Navigation and Compose again: https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/347719428 @StaehliJ let me know if you think otherwise, and we can reopen this PR.
