As a user / integrator, I don't want to have Monitoring by default. The team has decided to not track non-SRG content, monitoring will be set up as Opt-In, and the monitoring URL is set in pillarbox-core-business.
Acceptance criteria
Monitoring has to be opt-in when creating a Player.
Monitoring URL is set only in the pillarbox-core-business module.
DefaultPillarbox creates a PillarboxPlayer setup for SRG content, configuring also the Monitoring.
