AGP 8.7.0 introduces a change in Lint error, but it doesn't seem to affect us, and a bunch of bug fixes: https://developer.android.com/build/releases/gradle-plugin#lint_behavior_change

This update allows us to remove a @Suppress, as it has been fixed in AGP.
