As a settings menu user I want the subtitle selection I just made to be correctly preserved. The following currently fails:

Open some video in the Pillarbox demo.
Toggle subtitles beween off / automatic several times. The menu is not always correctly updated to reflect the most recent choice.

First analysis:

Not a system regression. Same issue arises on iOS 16.
Not a packaging issue. Same issue arises with Apple or RTS streams.
The kMACaptionAppearanceSettingsChangedNotification notification seem to be correctly triggered when changing the display type, so maybe we don't react to its changes properly.
