Validate that a Play Suisse tracker is possible

• Ability to respond to tracker deactivation positively or not (e.g. non-main instance could still be tracked for QoS purposes so the Tracker protocol should likely reflect this flexibility)
• Youbora / NPAW might not support overlapping sessions because it is a singleton (so attach and detach might need to be properly ordered). See above links. But with a session id per attach / detach it should still be possible with our API (according to S. Chauvin). Maybe NPAW can support several sessions according to Walid, though.

Other question: Could we share a React.js Pillarbox unlike today?

Possible idea for the future: Work closely with Play CH to implement their existing tracker with Pillarbox and see if this is possible
