Make player with chapters the default custom player #854

As a user I would like to enjoy chapters consistently throughout the demo app, which is currently not the case.

Acceptance criteria

The custom player user interface provided by the demo displays chapters.
For example opening a URN from the Examples tab displays chapters.

Tasks

[ ] Make the ChaptersPlayerView the official custom player view.
[ ] Ensure that only the system UI is used on tvOS (no custom UI).
