Add Playback HUD toggle to player settings menu #970

As a demo user I want to be able to quickly toggle the Playback HUD overlay right within the player.

Acceptance criteria

A Playback HUD toggle entry is available from the player settings menu.

Tasks

[ ] Add toggle.

This does not work. Since we are basically accessing a secret feature which is only partially implemented, no refresh occurs when the Boolean is toggled.

Nonetheless I could improve our settings menu implementation. I will submit this improvement as a standalone PR.
