Suggested changes:

  1. Math.pi used instead of 3.1415
  2. If else for random pauli used
  3. changes in initial key implemented with a new flag "initial_state"
  4. Pauli_tracker list passed instead of both circuit and list
  5. separate functions for inverse and quasi inverse

Yet to do: Implement quasi inverse for tfim.
