Remarks:

Great presentation, it's clear what you are doing, and the commentary alongside the code and graphs is perfect.
Something I learned: That a box plot reveals outliers of a data set (I was not familiar at all with box plots until last week!).
(Very minor) suggestion: Check that writing below a plot is spaced correctly - the sentence below the Setosa Sepal Length is indented strangely in the Rmd file (I encountered this same problem).
