Ocean structures are WAY too common.

This mod doesn't have a config and no publicly available source. I would hate to make the oceans more empty again, but I don't like not having any control over the mod.

after a fair bit of testing, i think this mod is a bit over powered and not properly coded to keep out really weird and janky issues, but I think it's good enough to warrant staying in the pack.
