Dragons Aren't Spawning in The End #57

Rideable dragons from Mythic Mounts are not spawning in The End.

this is "fixed" for next release. Dragons do now spawn somewhat frequently, but sometimes fall into the void after spawning in air. Unfortunately, this is probably the best that can be done.
