Created the doctor's info page on the client app and created the proper route. #202

Code looks good, fix the className to be the convention I mentioned.

Also, although you followed the UI prototype that Sam created, I would say the green in the infobox looks very odd. We don't have green anywhere else. The UI can be adjusted after.

Plus with the teal color, it's hard to see the text "INFO".
