Added a couple of unit tests for Chat and ChatList for both client and admin apps. The chat notification was also updated. The Chat application display was updated and front end was implemented for flagging patients. The backend is on the way to being implemented but will be done next sprint as I almost broke the database 1 day prior to our demo...😅
