I had to pause on the 'Appointment' epic to work on this task because we need to query the database using the patient and doctor's emails as well as access other info pretty frequently.
Once this PR is merge, I'll go back to work on the Appointment epic.

Created userInfo (slice) in the Store for Admin-app.
Updated Redux Store in both Admin-app & Client-app to have Selectors.
Refactored code in Client-app where it pull out data from Redux Store ==> now using Selectors.
Created ‘fetchDoctorInfo’ in Client-app to retrieve the assigned doctor’s info.
Linked basic doctor’s info to real dynamic data (pulled from local redux store) for <DoctorInfo /> component
