Steve/140 symptoms admin #296

Implementation for #140 (Symptoms in PatientProfile on Admin app)

Unsure if you meant to do this, but for patients that don't have symptoms in the backend, the list only has the header. Which kinda looks weird imo. Perhaps come up with a solution for that.

Another note, change the title of the table to "Status Details" and add 2 more columns for temperature & weight. Remove the button next to symptoms details as well. We arent adding.
