Fixed no notifications display and removed badges #349

Removed badges as it required a refresh to see the badge number update. Also fixed white screen issue when there were no notifications to display.

Note: it may look like I made a lot of changes but I simply removed <Badge ..... /> from SidebarItems and changed lines 119-121 in Notifications
