Descriptions: As a doctor, I would like to view the list of assigned patients and past assigned patients so I know which patients to monitor (optional).

Acceptance criteria: Given: The user is logged in as a doctor. When: The doctor clicks on the list of assigned patient on their dashboard. Then: The list of assigned patient is displayed.
