What to do with MoppyDesk? #157

Hello, im trying this project and following the tutorial but I don't know what to do with the MoppyDesk file? Can someone explain this to me, i've got NetBeans downloaded but i can't figure it out.

In NetBeans you should be able to go to "Open Project" and open the MoppyDesk folder as a NetBeans project.
