What version of Minecraft do you use? [1.12.2]

What version of MinecraftForge do you use? [14.23.4.2705]

What version of SanLib do you use? [1.5.0]

What version of Clay Soldiers do you use? [3.0.0-beta.1.1]

What is the issue / bug you have encountered? Give us a short description. [The upgrade deals more than twice the damage it is supposed to, killing an unarmored solider in 2 hits]

How can it be reproduced? [1. Give a solider an arrow

i tried it with the latest update and it still is an issue

the only other 2 mods i have installed are JEI and The one probe
