Soldiers riding mounts always engage in close combat even if the rider is using a ranged weapon #250

What version of Minecraft do you use? 1.12.2

What version of MinecraftForge do you use? Forge Version Number

What version of SanLib do you use? 1.5.1

What version of Clay Soldiers do you use? 3.0.0-beta.2]

What is the issue / bug you have encountered? Give us a short description. Unmounted soldiers will keep a little distance when using a ranged weapon like gravel, but will charge forward when using a mount, causing them to miss a lot (Tested with gravel, emerald, snow and fire charges). Bunnies are the only mount that act as normal and keep distance
