Licensing and porting to newer version #269

I would like to port this mod to 1.15.2 however you have not provided any LICENSE file in this repo. Is this mod source-available only or also supposed to be open-source where one can make changes etc. Maybe you could clarify this in the README or just add a LICENSE file to the repo...
