Installer #10

Develop Installer, for situations where a tarball install may not be appropriate.

Installer should be functional as a shell script callable as setup.sh, once partitioning is handled via the installer media's CLI. Installed media could be just Pur kernel, busybox, and a few other bits.

I need to refamiliarize myself with ncurses prettyness, but yeah, think Slackware's installer.
