Environment Configuration #1

Hi, Thanks for your excellent work and codes! I have a question about the environment configuration, I hope you could help me if you have free time.

when I run:

cd hisup/csrc/lib make

an error occurred. (I'm sure I have cuda available) image

could you give me a hand? Also, is it possible to run the training or testing code without doing this step? Thank you
