[QoL] Map greeter

Entering a map should pop up the map's name, for a few seconds in fat font. Configurable in client? Disableable on server side?

• trigger once the player looses or gains reputation that would change the color
• trigger if player is kicked out or invited into faction of a base map they are currently at, or if their status with that faction changes
