Needler Pistol can have a special Stimpak ammo: Stimpak Cartridge
Effect values
Initial damage of random 1-10, reduced by 4 for each Doctor Perk up to 1-2 (2 perks max), but not reduced by armor.
Minimum effect similar of a normal Stimpak, +10 - 40 hp, but Doctor Skill increases minimum value up to 30 based on Doctor skill, 1 min value per 10 skill points (so 200 doc skill = 30-40 healing)
Healing effect can be increased by Doctor Skill, if Doctor related perks are taken, by 5 each perk. (2 perks max)
Critical effect:
Critical roll for 1.5x effect, based on Healer's crit chance, and Target's LK.
It should not count as hostile attack when using it on NPC or players in protected towns.
Stay behind tank and heal:
Maximum 95% hit if attack from behind. (or sideways behind - total 3 directions)
Targets DT + DR resistance as miss chance if attack from front. (3 directions)
XP gains
Healer gains 3 x HP healed as XP per Doctor Perks taken, max 2 perks, so 6 x HP healed as XP.
Healing overflow does not count, so it cannot be exploited too easily.

Stimpak x 3 ? Should be more cost effective to enable Tank + Healer team gameplay, otherwise 2 dps may just simply be better in PVE
