Show item condition in inventory [Tin Man] #117

Suggested by Tin Man from Reloaded. This needs to be done in client engine, I made it work but I do not like it so have it commented out for later case if I find a better solution.

0% / 33% / 66% / 100% color threshold, if 100% then text is not shown If inventory/barter/use/container is active window, W will toggle durability texts, otherwise it will toggle item highlighter
