Add tutorial tasks, that teach in game command, mechanics or how interface works.

There should several tutorial questlines, that give XP for tasks that help the player to learn the game.

• An AS made moveable window, that acts like an icon and can be clicked, with a big question mark as image, and some text.
• Once clicked, it would show another image, that contains how something works, like for example how to add a player to friend list.
• This would lead to a series of small tasks with XP rewards.
• Optionally, an arrow icon over sceneries or NPCs on map at tutorial island

Tutorial quest chains:

• In-game commands and interface actions
  • Hard coded hotkeys: Attack, Move, Look, Stop, Sight range, Weapon Range, Skills, Pip-boy, Inventory, Character, etc
  • Configurable hotkeys, Aim locations, Healing, Skills,
  • Radio usage
  • Shout/Whisper/Faction/Squad/Radio-0 chat usage
  • Friend/Foe list management
  • Followers, Mercs, Party Points, Vehicles
• Game mechanics
  • Talking to NPC
  • Trading
  • Doing Quests, Jobs
• Crafting
  • Crafting tools, weapons, misc items
  • Scavenging and gathering
  • Professions
• Combat
