New grenade type, flashbang

• it will make the client screen go all white, slowly regaining colors
• client is still responsive, but does not see what he is doing or happening around

Psycho drug gives a special effect that is short/shorter duration

• at this time the damage resist is higher
• but the player cannot see name tags at all or HP properly
• contour colors all be red
• the screen is halfway red or has a redish layer that slowly fades
