These towns one can mine high quality iron, mineral and get uranium from Gecko reactor. Rewards should be adjusted to reflect on these.

Redding/Broken Hill: access to high quality iron and mineral mine of member of owning faction.
Gecko: Access to reactor to harvest uranium if member of owning faction.

For now added the same old 6 towns to TC changed requirements for 1 man testing.
