Excess chance to hit, goes into critical hit chance (could have a maximum and a factor, for example excess maximum is 30, and factor is 3, meaning every 3% to hit will result in 1% to crit., up to a maximum of 30% to crit.)
Modified version is, that excess chance to hit, goes into critical power, which determines damage factor and extra effects.
Segregate critical hit locations purposes/effects:
Head:
Highest penalty to hit when aiming 60%, when un-aimed shot is performed it has lowest chance to trigger head hit 10%.
