cave system that is uncharted (or maps lost) and too dangerous for common wastelanders

collapsed cave parts, including shot down Enclave Vertibird inside cave as periodic event.
Concept:
Hunger Games:
allows for different builds that are not T4 end game focus, and also CC builds, due to lack of ranged weapons at start
players do not have any advantage from already acquired gear, only their level, build, implants and 'skill' matter (remove drugs or not on entrance, to be defined later)
dungeon is also filled with player items that get dropped once entering, but also contains magic lockers type of containers, that respawn useful items at a regular interval
to give players incentive to try to bring weapon/armor inside even if it gets lost or ends up on the hands of other players, similar type of weapon/armor (with corresponding tier level) would spawn in their private treasure location, upgrading with +1 bonus if possible (common-> quality, quality -> rare, etc.).
this will also give a value to badly stated items that can be interchanged into randomly better ones completing the dungeon, all player needs to do is have them equipped them when entering
exit at checkpoints with lots of PvP possibility
Full loot dungeon for both solo players and teams:
for teams -> the events can be interesting, due to PvE difficulty and PvP contest
for solo players -> lower tier zones can be interesting, more risk and reward at higher tier zones
Cave system:
Entrance:
upon entrance all player drop all their inventory and equipped items and these will be randomly distributed in the caves
use respective tier sets to cave levels, so no T3+ is transferred to level 1
player entry items should be either transferred to cave containers for this specific or to mobs
weekly cleanup of transferred item containers, random amount gets deleted, to not overflow
theme: simple outside cave mountain tiles, geckos
Level 1:
all loot is T1-T2, some quality or better equipment, not possible to get T3 or better equipment as reward, except maybe ammo
non-random 4 x 4 filler cave maps, two way connections between
5 sceneries, some two, some one way connections between them and fillers
1 vault map as treasure map which is not public so instanced for each player once per day
filler maps contain some easy mobs and low level loot
sceneries contain medium mobs and better loot
choice to enter Vault map, with stronger enemies and better loot, but still T2 or valuables as reward, security robots as enemies
leaving Vault map, (or if skipped) choice to go level 2 maps or exit
theme: regular cave maps, some with slime or ruined vault bunkers, geckos and rats
Level 2:
to be defined later, but T2-T3 equip
random connections between filler caves and sceneries
theme: lot of goo, some parts of old vaults and tunnels used for centaur creation, rats, centaurs, floaters
Level 3:
to be defined later, but T3 equip, T4 only events
random connections between filler caves and sceneries
either not able to enter when there is no event, or event maps cannot be accessed, former might be better for ppl not preparing/camping event starts
event maps, like shot down Vertibird?, old sunken Hummer? etc
theme: caves used as high tech storage, semi functional vaults, abandoned BoS logo vaults, wanamingoes, deathclaws, security robots
