Animations Wont work in Vehicles so Animal peds cant sit correct in cars ):

• Is the AllowedInVehicles config option enabled?
• Does this only happen with animal emotes?
• Provide screenshots + videos
• Provide reproduction steps so we can reproduce the issue and fix it
