Track RetroPie time played #37

I track Xbox and PS4 time played, should do the same with retropie.

Would just look for state of switch.retropie and count how long it's on.

Checklist:

[x] Create history_stats sensor for time played today / time played this week
[x] Add sensor to Lovelace UI
[x] Exclude these sensors from recorder
