Daily and Weekly Reports

Make a daily report notification that sends nightly to my phone. Would also be able to ask about it via voice assistants.

Things included in daily report

• What time I woke up
• How long I slept
• How long I've been home (minus sleep)
• How long I've been away
  • How long of this time spent driving
• Entertainment
  • Spotify played today
  • Xbox played today
  • PS4 played today
  • RetroPie played today
• Phone current battery level / state
• Activity? Could count HA iOS app pedometer sensor to determine if active day, lazy day, etc.
• Eventually Withings Health data. Todays weight and how much lost/gained from previous day
• Integrate step count from iOS sensor

Every night (11:59pm) and at the end of every week (Sunday 11:59pm) log these to a CSV file (link) so that there's a better history of it.
