Update 0.92 #48

These seem to be the breaking changes and/or issues I need to sort out after upgrading.

Checklist:

[x] Reorganize custom_components
[x] All custom_components seemingly now need a blank __init__.py
[x] google tts platform is now renamed google_translate, need to add additional config too
[x] Hass.io supervisor 161
[ ] New Epson sensor?
