This gives correct output on Neos 4.3

Hi thx for the PR, but I'm not sure why this should be broken for you before. The second parameter is the default value if no translation can be found. Removing it should instead then show the id and not the translated label.

I assume this helps when the Flow locale was changed and no fallback was defined.
