!!! Merge into the Neos 9.0 core

During the Neos Sprint 04/2023 the Neos team decided that this module will replace the workspace module in the Neos core.

Therefore I will work with other team members to adapt and merge the functionality.

• [ ] Mark the package as deprecated after the 9.0 release
• [ ] Implement ACL feature in the core
• [ ] Move new UI to the core
• [ ] Adjust features to new CR
• [ ] Adjust code to PHP 8.2
