Fix Catalog screen issues.

Description

Catalog operations are heavy on the device, so we need to refactor and review code on the catalog screen.

Checklist

• [ ] Create separate components for plant tiles and modals
• [ ] Remove use states for the modal and pass one use state with all of the plant data
• [ ] Fix warning for required param "id" in the flat-list
• [ ] Use React memo and expo-image
