Admin - Add a few new weapon types #43

A few new novel weapon types would be nice.

One could add: Shuriken. Darts. Blow-dart. Bola.

They'd be nice additions and special enough they can have their own training skill.

Blow Dart might even break out of the STR DEX DEX and STR STR DEX ability pattern. Perhaps use DEX DEX CON ?
