In this PR I chose to assume FlexMeasures >0.13 is used.

The new source type name is used by FlexMeasures from 0.13 onwards.
Toplevel imports of FlexMeasures classes is supported from 0.9 onwards (see our changelogs).

It looks like our Actions Pipeline still has issues finding compatible dependency versions.
