Investigate latest K8S Ingress CRD #2988

Can we use the latest K8S Ingress CRD as a method to support a wider range of ingress providers.

Just so you have more info ... we (Wandera) use Traefik as our ingress in all our K8s clusters and K3s clusters on the edge, we are probably locked in here and will not be using Istio going forwards but looking to deploy multiple models in all environments and looking to either:

  1. install Ambassador alongside our existing Ingress as long as our other services have a clear and fast route to the ML
  2. Replace Ambassador / Istio with our own Ingress on a fork of Seldon or wait for the outcome of this issue

Closing as k8s ingress is too limited for our needs so a more long term solution is needed.
