Changes:

Binary Output file option included
Squashed minor bugs (mismatch references across various hardware platforms, MacOS/WinOS)
Code cleanup
Additional optional add-ons todos left as comments at top of selenium Twitter scraper file

(After this coming soon: STM-46 CrawlScrape Project Tree Structuring, then STM-44 Env Var)

Created a binary output correctly; everything seems to be working as it did before. Good to go.
