Review https://github.com/teejusb/Simply-Love-SM5/tree/ECS8 and understand what needs to be ported for ECS to work Sync with teejusb over extra changes for this year

Finished the initial pull into ecs9-dev. Remaining tasks:

[ ] Fix SelectPlayMode layout: it only fits 3 modes. Either resize or get rid of Freeplay.
[ ] Resize relics screen after PlayerOptions, ensure input works (doesn't look like it right now?)
[ ] Test ScreenLimitRelics with a profile with over 10 relics. Probably needs layout too.
[ ] Playtest

To test, create profiles named Rust and teejusb, or add more profile data to ECS.lua
