[BUG] Video and audio artworks can be easily downloaded

Describe the Bug It seems that video uploads are downloadable on chromium based browsers. Firefox doesn't seem to be the case, but I'm unsure of others, or if this is something that can be limited or prevented?

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any video upload while using a chromium browser (opera or chrome/others)
2. Locate the '...' menu along the video player bar
3. See download option in pop up menu

Expected Behaviour Typically I would expect downloads to be limited or unavailable since the artworks work that way - but again, I'm unsure if this is something that can be limited.
