[BUG] Content Warnings not properly blurring art under "new this month" page #480

Describe the Issue Tags set to be blurred in content warning settings do not blur in the "new this month" or gallery pages. It does, however, blur in the feed. This could possibly be due to the new tag system UI.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Add a tag to your content warnings.
  2. Check "blur content that has content warnings"
  3. Go to "new this month" page.
  4. See error.

Expected Behaviour Thumbnails for posts with my tag filters should be blurred no matter what page I am.
