[BUG] CW Blur not working in Mod Queue #526

Describe the Issue When viewing artworks in the mod queue, pieces that include a tag you have set as a content warning still shows up

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go to the mod queue after picking a tag to add to your content warnings
  2. Check to see if the piece that has is blurred
  3. It's not blurred

Expected Behaviour Pieces with a CW tag should be blurred in the queue
