[BUG] Artwork doesn't get put into Explicit, when tagged with SexualContent #538

Describe the Issue Artwork doesn't get put into Explicit, when tagged with SexualContent. Artwork remains in mature rating.

To Reproduce

  1. Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
  2. Go to my profile
  3. Click on Gallery tab
  4. Click on Artwork
  5. Edited artwork to tag it with SexualThemes, putting it in mature rating and save changes
  6. Go back to Artwork and open in Admin.
  7. Go to Tag & Maturity rating
  8. Scroll to Locked Tags, select Sexual Content, and then select SexualConent
  9. Select Save Changes
  10. View artwork normally and artwork still remains in the Mature rating

Expected Behaviour Artwork to be put in Explicit rating, when adding the SexualContent tag
