Describe the Issue Attempting to award a journal results in a 418 error

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour: Prerequsites

You must be able to give awards Steps
Go on any journal
Click the three dots
Click "Give Award"
418 error and the image of Sheemz eating code

Expected Behaviour The award popup shows up like it does for artworks
